I found this "bread" at the local market. I was compelled to purchase it by its appealing shape, size and packaging. Little did I know that my cream cheese eating life was about to be revolutionized.

I am pretty sure that ancient man invented this bread, then invented cream cheese, and then invented the wheel to more efficiently deliver the cream cheese to where the bread is...

he struck out twice and then...
HE HIT IT
and made it all the way to 1st base
WOO HOO!

as we were both feeling guilty for not practicing with him more often, we were so glad he didn't strike out...

Easter weekend was a BLAST! - Here is Adolfo all geared up as Commander Space Pro in his space-travel suit just before taking off to the Moon and then beyond!
Some family, some food, even some burnt hot dogs, made for a very relaxing and memorable day.
Everyone we love was in our prayers as we sat down to dine on a Michoacan favorite, Pork Ribs in Chile Negro sauce.
