"it'llhit 105 today here in austin with a mere 40 percent chance of rain."Well, those turned out to be pretty good odds. I am currently sitting at Austin Java Company in the middle of an honest-to-god texas thunderstorm. about bloody time too. I wonder how long i wil be stuck here.
UPDATE : i sure hope i saved any open docs back at the house. the power just went off, then on again, then off again. wow. it is really coming down.
UP-UPDATE : and that's it. power is back on and the rain has moved out. still a few flashes of lightning around but the heavy clouds are gone taking the rain with them.
