i made tamales last weekend at my friend bianca's house - this was thre green chicken filling - SUPER HOT - it's hot if i'm saying it's hot - but all the gringas love them - so that's ok with me!
Bianca's family really put up with me that day. I had a wonderful time and paola was just charming - i left the boys alone and they did boy things
