So I picked up one of these the other day and it seems pretty interesting. I got with the intention of figuring out an interface with my computer instead of returning it. I think one's of its most interesting features is its rugged shell. It resisted my attempts to take it apart with iPod take-apart tools and seems very drop-able. I think it will be ideal for duct-taping to a car bumper, attaching to a kite or doing any number of things you would not want to do with a traditional camcorder.
